More Quilt market adventures

You have all heard of Sample Spree!! well this is an adventure of its own. It is the biggest mad scramble of desperate quilters I have ever seen. I managed to ‘help’ walk in a booth so got to see it quietly before opening to the line of attendees who had lined up for up to four hours outside the door, chatting, networking and waiting patiently.

Then the doors opened…

and this is where they were heading…Luckily most had brought their minders with them…how many Moda bags of fabric can one poor husband mind and carry home?  I am proud to say I did not come home with one this time, yes I was strong (the real reason for my strength was that I just didn't have any room!)  So have missed out on my first Moda bag in 6 years. Maybe these guys could share one?
