Its nice to be home

Well after two weeks it is always very nice to come home to my family, a nice cooked meal of my choice and my own bed. It was very remiss of me not to blog a little more on the trip – if you follow me on facebook or twitter you would have heard much more but time and access limited my blog posts. So let me catch you up on my travels in pictures…

I last left you as I was about to do a trunkshow and Demo at Nadine’s shop. Now I don't have any photos of my trunkshow but I have lots of this wonderful buzzing store.

The girls are all keen stitchers and sewers and the store is chock full of models and made up projectsThey have a good wool and felt collection and a small reproduction section.

This was the latest pride and joy – obtained for a great price, what a great way to display the fridge (woops sorry, to display the ribbons and patterns in the fridge) Quilts adorn the high walls – they get the ladder in and change them regularly.

They are a huge seller of Amy Butler and Heather Bailey type fabrics. and of course I was followed up by this Lovely and talented lady, she is so sweet and genuine and took time to speak to each and every visitor – I hope I was so nice to my visitors albeit not nearly so famous and talented.
