I have been following my lovely and clever friend Laila on Facebook as she plays and begins her travels with Colourque… She has been tracing, preparing and colouring her blocks from the Blessed Baltimore quilt in the Faux Appliqué book and showing her progress.coverpicweb

Chatting late one night I had a brainwave…… I should have done iron on transfers for this book!! duh…. I have them in every one of my patterns and have done them for my other books, why hadn't I thought of this before and saved Laila and many others hours of tracing….

so anyway, enough rambling and wondering – I spent the day yesterday drawing and formatting a new set of iron on transfers for everything in the book. So if you bought it from me on my recent teaching trip or in the past 3 years – its not too late, I can save you the trouble of copying and tracing from the book- they’re on the website

Of course if you don’t have the book yet and you’d like to have a go at Colourque – then this is the Colourque bible – it will take you step by step through the process just like I am there with you (well that was the plan) There is the large Baltimore style quilt – yes all done with coloured pencil, plus six other projects.

note: the transfers are sold only with the book – you need to have the book to be able to use them.
