Lots of my lovely blog friends visited whilst I was away leaving me lovely and thoughtful ways to use the notecards and pads... The three below touched me as unique and beautiful things to do so please email with your snail mail addresses Lisa, Karen and Ter....

Just love the note paper - I wrote a letter to my sons sport teacher on some special paper - she commented that she never receives notes on nice paper - so I do it all the time now. I am and list and note maker - I get into trouble from my husband for re-writing them! I love to pop notes in my chidlrens lunch boxes especially if they go away on an excursion!

I actually sew a fabric envelope onto the back of my quilts, for little love notes and the like, one of your cards/notes would be lovely tucked into the envelope to be treasure.

We had a big but wonderful week travelling across much of South Australia. We covered some miles and met many wonderful stitchers including many bloggers and blogging friends. Of course our main reason for going was for the big wedding and as promised I shall now show you some pics of a much older Carly. (click to see the little Carly in a previous post) Rohan performed the ceremony perfectly and with any luck they are legally married now :)

here she is all grown up and now Mrs Farr. Carly is a girl who is always smiling and really enjoys life. She certainly enjoyed her special day.

The four bridesmaids were gorgeous also - Renae (the younger sister who was also in our wedding) is the one on the right.

And my favourites.. roses... everywhere...

our favourite stitching Gran was there from start to finish... we were all dying to go home to bed but she was still partying on and we just couldn't have an 87 year old bopper there after us!

it was a beautiful day made even better by the fact that all of our family managed to come together - a difficult task which doesn't happen often as we all live so far apart and all have busy lives.

thanks today for family time and memories made. And may Carly and Nathan have a wonderful life together.

Mum you can see some more photos by clicking here - now to get Gran onto Facebook!

hugs, Helen
