On Saturday I made my way down to The Quilted Crow for their annual Christmas gathering – how lucky was I to spend the day in this magnificent setting…

and Sue

now, Sue is the master of hexies and any other paper pieced shape you can think of … As you are about to see hexies in your Stitching round the block project and another new pattern I am working on for you it was very timely to get some pointers and finishing touches straight from the expert! Don’t look too closely Sue, this was before my lesson….

I do hope I can do them justice…

back to perfecting my next lot here now…
