Hexagon acrylic templates .5"

3mm clear cast acrylic template - includes 1/2" template for English Paper piecing and hand piecing. They have a 1/4" seam allowance added.

Our templates are cutouts - that is the centre of the shape is removed. You can then use the inside edge to mark for hand piecing and the outside edge for rotary cutting your fabric.

Alternatively you can use them as previewer templates: position the centre cutout to view your fabric positioning - place sticky dots on the underside to adhere to fabric-  cut out with small rotary cutter, move to next position and match fabric for perfect fussy cutting. You may wish to use with one of our Fussy Cutting mirrors or previewers also.

You can also just use all  sizes as templates to trace or cut around.

Note: we pack and ship our templates with the protective paper backing to reduce scratching during transit. You will remove this. Our design also includes 'offcuts' Or pieces between templates - we leave those in there to keep them nesting flat - and there's no reason you cannot use them for a 'different' sized project. (or give them to the kids to play with in their art experiences - or throw them out - waste not want not we say)
