HNK Stitcher's Garden Club

Our Stitchers Garden Club is  now open for signups for 2022!  

Yes, we are, by popular request, continuing our Stitcher's Garden club program for another year. 

The Stitchers Garden 2022 program will feature a series of mini quilts, each with a floral or sewing theme and a different technique as loved by Helen in her HNK style. 

You know Helen loves flowers and all things stitching? Well our projects will combine both - in style, fabric choices and project themes. It might be a pouch for your sewing goodies, or a project embroidered in flowers. Rest assured you will love them all in Helens typical and well known style of combining her loves of embroidery, applique and EPP. 

Join our Stitcher's Garden club and get a present delivered right to your door. Stitch all year round instead of panicking in December getting your gifts and festive sewing completed. 

Note:Patterns will be released approximately one month after each mailing for non-members along with kits whilst still available. 

REGISTRATIONS close 31st January 2022. 

The club will include:

- A newly designed project by Helen with a full pattern in a sewing or floral theme using one or several of her favourite techniques (applique, stitchery, embroidery, english paper piecing)

- A kit in the original or very similar fabrics used. (the kits will include most items required to complete the project including any accessories, applique paper, epp iron-ons etc, - you may need to supply batting and general sewing supplies)

- A recipe card - a tried and true recipe that we know our stitching friends love - collect them all!

- Tiny treats and surprises to delight for your stitching needs 

The initial cost is $94 and includes your registration fee and first mailing and you will pay this upon registering (adding this listing to the shopping cart and checking out.)  Each mailing thereafter will be charged to your supplied credit card or a Paypal invoice sent each time for total of  $47 before the gift is shipped (For International Orders see below). If you stay with the club all year the last mailing in December will be free of charge (For International Orders see below).

The First mailing is on February 15th.

They will ship on the first of every second month after the first mailing - six in total for the year. Shipping will be Australia Post trackable parcel rate or untrackable letter rate for Australian orders  and is included in the price. (please select 'pickup from store' if asked) If you wish to add insurance/reg post please put it in the comments during checkout.

Australian Orders: to keep the costs down for you, we are using Standard Auspost letter or parcel (depending on the size of your gift) - however, please be aware that Auspost can be very slow, your packages could take up to 2 weeks or more. If you'd prefer to pay extra for express post, please let us know and we can add the extra to your invoices. This will also mean your shipment is trackable.

International Orders: Ther best possible rate will be calculated each month and any extra required will be added to your invoice depending on your location if required. International mail NZ will be approximately an extra $6.50 (Trackable Express post), UK an extra $21.50 each mailing. If you choose the incorrect method we will adjust as necessary to the minimum amount we can. Note: you are responsible for any Customs duties or payments incurred, we will not write Gift on parcels.

Cancellations: by purchasing this product you are committing to a further 4 payments billed every two months. If you do not make payment for a mailing in the program by the due date you will be removed from the program and will not receive the final mailing in December. If you wish to cancel during the year your registration fee will not be refunded. You may transfer your membership to another person if you wish.
